Le Bon Nosh is an elevated café, market, and dining destination in Atlanta, Georgia, known for bringing together seasonal cuisine, thoughtful hospitality, and a welcoming community experience. Rooted in the philosophy of nourishing both people and connection, the brand blends fresh, locally inspired food with memorable in-person experiences through curated events, cooking classes, and seasonal offerings.

Overview

As the Marketing Director, I partnered with Le Bon Nosh to strengthen its digital presence, engage its growing community, and support the promotion of seasonal events, culinary experiences, and everyday dining. My role combined creative storytelling with data-driven marketing, allowing me to contribute across social media, email marketing, campaign planning, analytics, and brand communications.

Working closely with the team, I developed content that reflected the restaurant's warm, community-focused identity while helping transform marketing ideas into campaigns that encouraged engagement, increased visibility, and drove customers both online and in person.

Challenge

Le Bon Nosh offered exceptional dining experiences, seasonal menus, and unique community events, but maintaining consistent audience engagement in a competitive restaurant industry required thoughtful and intentional marketing. The challenge was to keep the brand top of mind by creating content that not only showcased the food, but also communicated the experience, values, and sense of community that set Le Bon Nosh apart.

In addition to promoting everyday dining, the marketing strategy needed to generate excitement around seasonal campaigns, cooking classes, holiday offerings, and special events while encouraging both new and returning guests to engage with the brand.

Objective

The primary objective was to increase brand awareness and strengthen customer engagement through integrated marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, and digital communications.

By creating compelling content, promoting seasonal experiences, and monitoring campaign performance, the goal was to build stronger relationships with the existing community while attracting new audiences and increasing visibility across Le Bon Nosh's digital platforms.

Strategy

My approach centered on telling the story behind the Le Bon Nosh experience rather than simply promoting products. I developed content that highlighted the people, flavors, and moments that made the brand unique while aligning campaigns with seasonal promotions, holidays, and community events.

To create a well-rounded marketing strategy, I focused on:

  • Developing engaging social media content that balanced storytelling, education, and promotion.

  • Supporting email marketing campaigns that kept customers informed about seasonal menus, events, and special offerings.

  • Creating marketing campaigns for holidays, cooking classes, and community experiences that encouraged both online engagement and in-person visits.

  • Monitoring social media analytics and campaign performance to identify trends and optimize future content.

  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all communications while ensuring every campaign reflected Le Bon Nosh's welcoming and community-centered identity.

Reflection

My experience at Le Bon Nosh reinforced that great marketing is both creative and analytical. While developing content was one of my favorite parts of the role, I discovered that the real impact comes from understanding the audience behind the metrics. Creating an analytics report allowed me to look beyond likes and impressions to identify patterns, evaluate campaign performance, and make informed decisions that strengthened future marketing efforts.

This experience also deepened my appreciation for hospitality marketing and the power of community. Every campaign, event, and seasonal promotion was an opportunity to create meaningful experiences that brought people together. It reminded me that successful marketing isn't just about increasing engagement; it's about building relationships, telling authentic stories, and creating moments that people genuinely want to be part of.

Le Bon Nosh challenged me to think strategically, collaborate creatively, and continuously adapt based on data. It strengthened my confidence as both a storyteller and a marketer, and reinforced my belief that the most impactful campaigns begin with understanding people first.
